Developerjobs.ch is a free job board for software engineering roles anywhere in Switzerland. Backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, data, QA and security engineering sit on one board, from Geneva to St. Gallen, and reading it costs nothing.
Postings come from employers writing straight to the board, and from public Swiss job sources and company career pages we read every day. Banks and insurers running large internal platforms, industrial firms writing their own control software, ETH and EPFL spinoffs, and the mid-size employers well outside the usual hubs all land in the same pool.
How it works
- 1Search by keyword, place, canton or employment level, or go straight to a tech tag when you already know the language or framework you want.
- 2Open a posting for the full description, the employer, the workload and the salary range where one is stated. Applying happens on the employer’s own page, never through us.
- 3Hiring? Fill in the role, confirm the link we email you, and it goes live after a quick automatic check. No fee, no account.
Why it’s free
A job board earns nothing by charging engineers to read it, and a posting fee mainly keeps the smaller employers out. Both sides are free, there is no account to manage, and the site is cheap enough to run that neither has to change.

- Is posting really free?
- Yes, for every employer and every role. No fee, no trial period, and no account to create.
- Do I need an account to apply?
- No. Applications go to the employer’s own site or address, so there is nothing here to sign up for.
- Where do the listings come from?
- From employers posting directly, and from public Swiss job sources and company career pages. Every imported posting links back to its origin, so you apply at the source.
- In which languages can I read the board?
- German, English, French and Italian. The interface follows the language you pick, and a posting is shown in it once its translation is ready; until then you read the original wording.
- How do I take a posting down?
- Through the private link we email when it goes live: it withdraws that one posting, still without an account. There is no edit, so a correction means taking it down and posting it again.
