• 10 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • German (Intermediate) • 6300 Zug • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Your new challenge immediately or by agreement as Solution Engineer (80 - 100 %) # Your tasks • You develop architecture-compliant technical solution concepts and End-to-End Solution Designs for demanding ICT solutions for the cantonal administration. • You translate technical requirements into feasible technical solutions and ensure their feasibility together with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams. • You create technical specifications, integration and infrastructure concepts, and ensure consistency between requirements, solution design, and technical implementation. • You coordinate technical issues between departments, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and technical implementation teams, and bring different interests together to form viable solutions. • You accompany architectural and security releases as well as the provision of the necessary infrastructure, network, and platform services. • You identify technical risks and target conflicts at an early stage, evaluate solution options, and accompany the implementation until successful commissioning. Your profile • Completed degree (FH/University) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience. • Several years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, System Engineering, or a comparable technical role in the ICT environment. • In-depth knowledge of IT architectures, system integration, as well as infrastructure, network, and security topics. • Experience in developing technical solution concepts and in coordinating with different stakeholders. • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach as well as enjoyment in structuring complex technical issues in a comprehensible way and developing viable solutions. • Pronounced communication and moderation skills as well as confident appearance in exchange with departments and technical specialists. • Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
