You will work in close collaboration with software engineers, audiological experts, and architects on the evolution of our new platform which will form the basis of future audiological solutions. Your tasks • Extend and improve our Python-based framework • Port existing functionalities of our adjustment software from C# to Python • Test, validate, and optimize migrated code to ensure reliability and performance • Support the continuous improvement of development processes and software infrastructure Your profile • Final year bachelor's or master's student in computer science, software engineering, engineering, or a related field • Strong practical Python programming skills acquired through university, personal projects, internships, or other practical experiences • Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design, testing, and debugging • Ability to read and understand C# code • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar is a plus • Good English skills What we offer As one of the leading global providers of hearing care based in Switzerland, we are committed to building an inclusive culture.
