Look forward to exciting tasks: • Be responsible for and implement the integration and operation of marketing software for battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the trading system landscape. • Further develop, maintain, and operate the backend and frontend of the in-house developed short-term trading platform. • Model and optimize the short-term use of virtual power plants (BESS and hydro-pumped storage). • Design and develop algorithmic trading strategies and trading tools, data-based models, and automation solutions. • Actively shape and deepen cross-departmental cooperation with other specialists. This will make us even better: • You impress with your experience in the energy trading environment, ideally in the use of BESS or hydroelectric power plants. • You have a completed Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field of study. • You have experience in software development and possess strong programming skills in JavaScript or other programming languages. • You look forward to helping to shape the future hands-on with innovative solutions in a fast-paced business area. • You communicate fluently in German or English and have a good understanding of the other language. French is an additional plus.
