In doing so, you will use your logical thinking in the interpretation and evaluation of data.   In your home base, the Customer & Digital Business area, you will work together with a variety of teams from specialist disciplines such as Customer Insights & Experience, User Experience, Digital Content as well as Touchpoints & Services, as well as agile teams.   You will learn to understand business models as well as workflows and how to optimize them. Additionally, you will use data analyses to represent solution variants graphically and present them successfully. You will complete your first year of apprenticeship in the Berufsbildungscenter Bümpliz, where you will acquire the basics. You will spend the remaining three years within the company. You will work together in various teams with specialists and thus get to know the different disciplines. A team of trainers will support you in your professional and personal development.   During your training, we will cover all school expenses and offer you free subscriptions for your smartphone as well as for the Halbtax. Additionally, we will prepare you optimally for a successful completion using exam simulations.
