This includes the "Core & Regulations" service, which on the one hand ensures the management, consistency, timeliness, and uniqueness of basic data. On the other hand, this service guarantees secure, reliable, and efficient order processing. Both are essential for the Core Suite, as it is data-centric and requires standardization, automation, high efficiency, and rapid processing. Then let's formulate visions together and lead them to success. ### You are passionate about... • developing business analyses for our software components in the field of customer/account and contract data • consolidating the necessary customer requirements from regular customer workshops with internal and external stakeholders • defining MVPs (Minimum Viable Product), creating and validating User Stories in collaboration with the development team • co-designing and ensuring the quality of important product increments • being co-responsible for agile software development within a self-organized, interdisciplinary, and customer-oriented Scrum team You excite us... • with a completed higher education in economics, computer science, or corresponding professional experience and further training of several years (e.g., IREB) • with business knowledge in the banking sector, ideally in the field of customer/account and contract data • with your long experience in requirements engineering as well as with modeling languages (e.g., UML or BPMN) • with your ability to abstract complex processes, recognize cross-functional relationships, and communicate ideas clearly and in a manner adapted to the target audience • with your initial experience with AI tools and the ability to use artificial intelligence in a profitable and efficient manner in daily professional life • as a clever problem solver who is not afraid to take new paths • with excellent knowledge of German as well as good to very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is an asset We offer Interested?
