Do you wonder how companies improve their processes or how digital solutions are created? Then the promising training as Entwickler/-in digitales Business EFZ at the Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion des Kantons Bern (BVD) is for you. With us, you don't just work on a computer -- you develop ideas, analyze processes, and help to shape digital solutions. Together with various teams, you will learn how the BVD utilizes the opportunities of digitalization and how an idea becomes a successful project. Your tasks You look at how workflows function and consider together with others how they can become easier and more efficient with digital solutions. You participate in exciting digitalization projects, record results, and prepare your ideas clearly as a presentation. You also test new digital applications and support their successful implementation. In the projects, you work together with various offices of the BVD and gain interesting insights into the topics of construction, transport, and administration. Your profile <br /> • Completed Sekundarschule or other school level (studies, Gymnasium etc.) • Good grades in German and English • Interest in digitalization, informatics, and economic contexts • Enjoyment of analyzing and organizing • Good networked and logical thinking • Good communication and teamwork skills • Independent and reliable way of working • Openness to new things and willingness to learn <br /> We offer you A varied training with insight into different areas within the BVD and Digital Management (Informatikabteilung BVD).
