Senior Integration Engineer / Developer The Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois informatique ( FHVi ), is the preferred IT partner of 12 hospitals and regional healthcare establishments in the canton of Vaud. The FHVi accompanies them in the many challenges of the digital transformation of the healthcare sector and has as its main missions to plan, design, implement and operate the IT system of its members. These are more than 120 employees at the service of 14'000 users, for a fleet of more than 8'000 workstations distributed over a hundred geographical sites and across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). Senior Integration Engineer / Developer The position is addressed equally to a woman or a man. For ease of reading, the terms are in the masculine only. By joining our team in charge of interoperability, you will contribute, with the help of our architecture unit, to the interoperability of our information system in the healthcare field. Your mission: The aim of the position is to maintain and evolve our integration platforms in order to ensure their sustainability and reliability. You will play a key role in managing interoperability flows and the connection between the different applications of our hospital information system. Your main activities and responsibilities: Collaborate with the enterprise architect to evolve the interoperability platforms and technical architectures. Design and implement interoperability flows in collaboration with application managers and business analysts. Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the integration platforms and guarantee their reliability. Plan and carry out technical updates and maintenance operations. Define and control development and deployment rules. Write and maintain technical documentation. Participate in the resolution of level 3 support incidents related to integration. Perform technological monitoring on data exchange protocols and standards (HL7, FHIR…). Profile sought: Education: Engineering degree in computer science (HES / EPF) or equivalent deemed experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, ETL or integration-oriented development. Experience with Apache NiFi (an asset) Experience in integrating heterogeneous systems and managing complex flows. Hospital experience or healthcare environment appreciated. Autonomy and ability to manage end-to-end missions, including N3 run and Mirth. Technical skills: Mastery of integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs. Good knowledge of SOA, Microservices and API architectures. Knowledge of Mirth. Solid knowledge in databases: MSSQL, MongoDB, SolR. Skills in data development and manipulation (SQL, XML, JSON, Groovy). Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) appreciated. Behavioral skills: Ability to work autonomously on complex flows. Good ability for synthesis and reporting. Spirit of collaboration and initiative. Very good communication skills with technical and business interlocutors. Pragmatic, structured, methodical and solution-oriented. Respect for procedures and internal standards.
