Our systems process substantial volumes in regulated domains and are used by a steadily growing user base. As Technical Lead, you are part of our international and multidisciplinary team, work with a modern tech stack and drive the continuous development and efficiency improvement of our solutions together with your colleagues. Your focus is on digitalizing, automating and intelligently integrating the business processes of our customers. With your technical understanding and design will, you create solutions that have a real impact. You are an experienced backend or fullstack engineer and have already gained experience in the role as Technical Lead. You are willing to work on our technical topics – work, health and wealth offer exciting domains with real design potential. You take over the technical leadership of a product team – hands-on in code and in reviews as well as conceptually at the architecture level. You are responsible for architecture decisions, the technical roadmap and non-functional requirements (e.g. quality, security, performance) within your product. You work closely with Product Owner and Business Owner, the Architecture Group and other teams to implement new features and products. You coach, mentor and develop your team members further and actively promote an open feedback and learning culture. You establish and continuously improve our engineering standards (Clean Code, CI/CD, Testing, DevOps). You have a degree in computer science/engineering or comparable practical experience and several years of experience as a software engineer (Java with Spring Boot and/or React) in agile teams. You have experience in the technical leadership of teams and communicate clearly and at eye level. Modular architectures, domain-driven design and hexagonal architecture are familiar to you. You work routinely with containers and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AKS) as well as with relational and ideally NoSQL databases. You speak very good German and English.
