Technical Lead .NET

As a Technical Lead .NET, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical directions of the project while supporting the development teams on a daily basis: Technical Leadership Collaborate closely with the internal Technical Leader in order to align technical choices with project objectives. Define technical directions and guarantee their correct implementation. Be the technical reference for the development teams. Architecture & design Design robust, scalable and secure technical solutions. Participate in architectural choices and the selection of the most suitable technologies. Guarantee the technical consistency of the entire platform. Team management Supervise a team of .NET developers. Supervise Front-End developments to ensure smooth integration with Back-End components. Support developers in their skill development and promote the sharing of best practices. Quality & development Supervise developments and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform code reviews and support teams on complex technical subjects. Guarantee the performance, maintainability and security of developments. Communication & coordination Ensure fluid communication with the various stakeholders. Share the progress of the work, identified risks and proposed solutions. Contribute to good coordination between technical teams and business interlocutors. Experience At least 10 years of experience in .NET development. Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Lead Developer or Software Architect. Experience in transformation projects or the redesign of complex applications. Technical skills Excellent mastery of C#, ASP.NET and Entity Framework. Solid knowledge of application architectures, APIs and web services. Good mastery of Front-End technologies such as Angular or React, as well as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS. Good understanding of application performance, security and scalability issues. Leadership Ability to unite and support technical teams. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Comfort in making technical decisions and resolving complex issues. Natural leadership and spirit of initiative. Languages Fluent French is essential. Assets Experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors is a real plus. Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector is appreciated.
