The objectives of this department (grouping 9 medical services) are to provide diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinical consultations, of high medical quality, in the best possible time and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions. It develops a clear vision: to federate and be a center of excellence in medico-technical disciplines for the benefit of patient care. The mission of the cybersanté and telemedicine service is to promote the expertise, excellence, and dynamism of the HUG beyond usual geographical and institutional borders, thanks to information and communication technologies. The position is in close collaboration with the CARA association, which develops the Dossier Électronique du Patient (DEP) in the Suisse-Romande region and coordinates the shared medication plan project. IT Analyst or Programmer/Programmer Analyst - PMP - 100% The cybersanté and telemedicine service co-develops innovative digital solutions (web and mobile applications) to improve the practice of professionals and the experience of patients. You will join the development team of the shared medication plan, a complementary tool to the Dossier Électronique du Patient (DEP) allowing for the management of a patient's medication. Thanks to your expertise, you will participate in the development of the core of the shared medication plan, a back-end component in charge of all the business logic related to eMedication. You contribute to a "product" type quality. You collaborate closely with the team to develop reliable and scalable solutions and features. You share best practices and adopt a critical and constructive approach with a view to continuous improvement. You ensure the updating and writing of the necessary documentation. You make use of your ability to synthesize and your pragmatism to carry out your mission within the given deadlines and guarantee a quality result. You also provide level 3 user support for partners from a client orientation perspective. You rely on your ability to synthesize and your pragmatism to move forward and conduct your activity within the given deadlines. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's in computer science or a degree deemed equivalent, as well as five years of successful experience in a development function. Experience in hospital information systems and/or medication management is highly valued. You master Java/J2EE (21+) technologies with the Spring Framework, in particular Spring Boot, as well as the development of REST services. Knowledge of SOAP web service development with Apache Camel is highly valued. Knowledge of Spring Security, as well as OAuth2, JPA/Hibernate and SQL (notably PostgreSQL) is an asset. You have performed unit and integration tests, with the Junit5 and Mockito testing tools. You commonly use collaboration tools, such as GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc. as well as Maven build tools and containerization tools like Docker or podman. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) is a plus. Experience in the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and experience in the management of GNU/Linux systems are also appreciated. Knowledge relating to IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) interoperability profiles or HL-7 FHIR® is an asset.
