What awaits you As a member of our internal development team, you will actively contribute to shaping our company's core application. With your agile Scrum team, you will continuously develop our internal information system and implement new features from design to implementation. Our application supports central business processes such as planning, scheduling, skill-matching, and invoicing. Technologically, you will work with internal web development based on Ruby on Rails. Currently, we are completely modernizing the frontend: responsive, user-friendly, and with a clear workflow from Figma mockups to implementation. At the same time, we are evaluating how the targeted use of AI can supportively assist our development work and make it more efficient.
