Your new job - if you're ready to take off with your team: Software development (50%) • You analyze reported errors, systematically get to the bottom of them, and sustainably fix them. • You design and develop new functionalities - from idea to implementation. • You identify optimization potential in existing modules and implement improvements independently. Software support (50%) • You take over 2nd-level support and support our internal employees with technical customer questions - by phone, email, and ticket system. • You are close to the product and the customers - and thus gain a deep understanding of our software that directly enriches your development work. • You monitor business-relevant servers, watchdogs, and alerts and react proactively to anomalies - all within normal office hours. You bring this with you - and we're excited: • You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on application development. • You are familiar with Python, Bash, and Linux and already have programming knowledge in C and C++ • You enjoy 2nd-level support and analyze software problems with technical understanding and detective flair. • You work well in a team, continuously learn new things, and are committed to our customers.
