Your tasks • In platform development, you are responsible for the professional setup and regular maintenance of IT systems. • You configure and monitor services such as shared drives and data backup. • In addition, you are responsible for network security and competently resolve malfunctions. To do this, you will step by step get to know the devices and applications used in BKW in detail. • As an apprentice, you start your apprenticeship with a varied basic training year at the Berufsbildungscenter Bern (Bbc). Subsequently, you expand and deepen your competencies within the company. • Thanks to various internships, you discover different areas of IT and can participate in projects yourself. What you bring with you • You are in the 9. grade (secondary level) or are in the 10. school year. • Mathematics (good grades) and computers interest you and you bring good English skills. • Logical thinking and a good ability to combine information come easily to you and you bring the necessary patience and creativity for solving complex tasks. • You work systematically and have an excellent ability to concentrate. • You have good spatial and abstract reasoning skills. • You like variety between independent work and teamwork. An aptitude test (e.g., Multicheck) is desired. We will start our selection process in August 2026.
