Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Manage cloud services based on container technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Valkey, Vault and Keycloak) in an agile and interdisciplinary DevOps team, following all phases of the lifecycle • Analyze the stability, high availability, reliability and performance of the service architecture and optimize monitoring, logging and alerting • Follow current technological trends and develop proposals and guidelines for the strategic orientation of the services to be used • Provide advice and assistance to customers and ensure the transfer of knowledge to collaborators <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Tertiary-level education (FH, university or SUP) in computer science with specialization in software or systems engineering or equivalent training • Competence in using databases and stateful services on Kubernetes as well as in the development of services in a provider environment; certifications related to these technologies (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a preferential asset • Several years of experience in systems engineering or software development, knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages (e.g., Golang, Python, Bash) • Interest in new technologies, software development and the cloud environment, ability to work independently and efficiently as well as flexibility and willingness to undergo further training • Knowledge of a second official language, both written and oral, as well as good knowledge of English <br /> In summary Do you know how to keep pods, StatefulSets and persistent volumes under control and would you like to bring your solid knowledge of Kubernetes to an agile and motivated DevOps team?
