JOB PURPOSE ##

We are looking for a IT Technical Specialist to join our B2B IT team and contribute to the design and development of enterprise-grade digital platforms.
You will work in cross-functional agile teams, building scalable backend services, integrating enterprise CMS platforms, and delivering high-traffic digital solutions.
The role requires strong backend engineering skills, experience with microservices architectures, and familiarity with enterprise CMS ecosystems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ##

•    Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise digital platforms
•    Build and maintain microservices-based architectures using modern frameworks
•    Integrate and extend enterprise CMS platforms such as AEM or Sitecore
•    Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems
•    Collaborate with solution architects, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
•    Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
•    Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of backend services
•    Support platform evolution, maintenance, and optimization
•    Participate in SAFE as Agile Framework for development processes (Scrum / Kanban) 

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience) ##

Backend

•    Strong experience with Java and spring boot
•    Experience designing and developing microservices architectures
•    Development of REST APIs
•    Experience with .NET / C\# (experience or willingness to work with it)

Web & Integration

•    Strong understanding of service-based architectures
•    Experience integrating enterprise systems and external services
•    Knowledge of API design best practices

Enterprise Platforms
Experience with at least one of the following:

•    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
•    Sitecore

Databases

•    Experience relational databases like Sql Server, Oracle and no-sql like MongoDB

Tools & Practices

•    Git
•    CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

•    Experience with enterprise digital platforms or high-traffic web applications
•    Experience with DevOps practices and deployment pipelines
•    Experience with digital commerce or digital sales platforms
•    Experience leading development teams or acting as technical lead
•    Adobe Experience Manager certifications 

VISA REQUIREMENTS ##

•    Right to work in Italy.

WHAT WE OFFER ##

In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.

Contract 
\-    Type of contract: Permanent
\-    Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): -Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l-armamento privato- - sez. personale di terra
\-    Gross annual salary (RAL): between -32.000 - -39.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
\-    Meal vouchers: worth -8 per on-site working day
The offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate-s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
