Application questions instead of motivation letter Share What awaits you? ## • Structured derivation of test scripts from the test specification, in cooperation with development, the test teams or the specialist department • Creation, maintenance and upkeep of performance tests for our applications in the environment of Raiffeisen Schweiz. • Close cooperation with business analysts, specialist testers and developers • Identification of performance bottlenecks and problems using suitable tools and techniques. • Analysis and optimization of the performance of our software solutions • Cooperation with other teams in the company to improve the performance of our software solutions • Documentation of test results What do you bring with you? ## • Degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar field • Some years of experience in load and performance engineering • Good knowledge of Java, C# or another object-oriented programming language • High quality awareness, assertiveness, communicative and team player • Very good German skills, English is an advantage
