Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Implement and develop an agile release train in the operational environment • Develop the strategic portfolio in collaboration with the business owner, superiors, and stakeholders, promoting transparency and prioritization • Plan, prepare, and facilitate PI planning sessions and other SAFe events • Coordinate interdependencies between value streams and teams, ensuring end-to-end value flow • Technically support superiors and stakeholders in the introduction of agile working methods and in the development of business agility <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a higher education institution in computer science or equivalent training accompanied by several years of practical experience • Experience in implementing or developing agile organizational structures, ideally agile release trains according to the SAFe method • Experience in planning and facilitating cross-functional planning and coordination processes, as well as in managing relationships with different stakeholder groups • Understanding of strategic portfolio management, end-to-end value streams, and business agility in an operational or service environment • Experience as a release train engineer and, ideally, knowledge of lean portfolio management or comparable approaches • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words Join us and participate in the implementation of an agile release train within the main division Defence Platform!
