Our hiring process • You apply directly online for the advertised apprenticeship position and submit your complete documents • You will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt, so you know that your application has arrived • We will then carefully review your documents and check if your profile, motivation, and apprenticeship position fit well together • As a rule, you will receive feedback on the next steps within 10 working days • If your application convinces us, we will get to know you better in a first video call • If the mutual impression is confirmed, we will invite you to another round of interviews on site. There, you will get an insight into your future training area, meet possible vocational trainers and team members, and can clarify open questions • If it fits for both sides, we look forward to your YES. After that, we will prepare the apprenticeship contract for you and jointly prepare the next steps until your start • After the joint contract signing, we will have the apprenticeship contract approved by the cantonal office.
