What you do with us: Web & Development • Conception, implementation and further development of websites (WordPress/Elementor) • UI/UX-oriented implementation (in cooperation with Content & Creation) • Technical care and support of customer projects and our own platform ea-plus.ch • Performance optimization and further development of our web landscape • Conception and development of innovative web projects to further advance our digital department • Technical consulting for customer projects • Implementation of simple programming (Frontend/Backend) • Coordination of external developers for more complex projects • Implementation of technical systems and interfaces (e.g., tracking, automation) is an advantage Additional tasks • Deputy for internal IT - First Level Support and coordination with external partners • Analysis and optimization of internal processes using AI and automation tools is an advantage What you have in your backpack: • Training as a Mediamatiker with a technical focus or comparable competencies • Experience in web development with WordPress and Elementor • Good knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL) • Understanding of UX/UI • Implementation and further development of screen designs (in coordination with Creation) • Structured, solution-oriented way of working • Experience with APIs and integrations is an advantage • Experience with automation tools is an advantage What you get from us: • Lots of room for initiative and co-design, whether professionally or structurally • Flat hierarchy, a young team and short decision-making paths • A workplace in the greenery and a pool vehicle is available for appointments • Top public transport connections, directly accessible by train: Between Luzern, Willisau and Langnau/Bern • Up to one day of home office per week (The rest deliberately on-site, because our personal cooperation is what defines us) • Flexible working hours within the 42-hour week • A media house that hardly exists like this: Here you get the full load regarding communication • Team events that one does not cancel - from experience Do you still have questions?
