This is what you are passionate about • Conception and development of agentic software solutions - from the first idea to productive use • Construction and orchestration of multi-agent systems that process complex workflows independently • Prototyping and iteration with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms • Close collaboration with business consultants to translate use cases into working solutions • Exploration of new tools and models - you are an early adopter and test what will be standard tomorrow • Ensuring quality, governance, and traceability in AI-supported applications What you bring with you • A university degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience • Solid knowledge of Python and JavaScript, additionally GitHub and CI/CD are an advantage • At least 2 years of practical experience in development - preferably cloud-native or AI-supported • Enthusiasm and initial experience in Agentic AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (ideally Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform) • The decisive factor: Ambition and joy in experimenting with AI tools, failing, learning, and moving forward • You speak fluent German and English Apply
