Confirmed TOSCA Automation Specialist (M/F)

As part of the development of our activities in Switzerland, we are looking for a confirmed TOSCA Automation Specialist for one of our clients based in Geneva. You will intervene as a TOSCA reference for our teams and clients. Your mission will consist of structuring the methodological and technical foundations of the tool, ensuring the quality of automated developments, and accompanying its progressive deployment on several projects. This position combines technical expertise, automation governance, team support, and operational implementation of test scenarios. Your main missions Define and maintain TOSCA standards, naming conventions, and best practices Structure a TOSCA architecture that promotes the reuse and sharing of components Design, develop, and maintain automated scenarios on strategic perimeters Optimize existing test suites to improve their robustness, maintainability, and performance Implement models, patterns, quality rules, and reusable components Administer TOSCA Multi-User Workspace environments: rights, workspaces, and promotions between environments Participate in the installation, configuration, and evolution of Tosca Commander Provide expert support to project teams Accompany Test Managers and automation specialists in their skills development Produce and maintain technical documentation Contribute to the integration of TOSCA into CI/CD chains and test management tools Evaluate the relevant uses of artificial intelligence for test design, maintenance, and analysis Your profile Higher degree in computer science, engineering school, HES, EPF, or equivalent training Minimum two years of confirmed experience on Tricentis Tosca Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 certification required Tosca Automation Specialist Level 2 certification highly appreciated ISTQB certification appreciated Mastery of Modules, TestCases, Reusable Components, and TestCase Design Experience in maintaining complex TOSCA repositories Mastery of Git and collaborative versioning practices Experience in automating Web and client-heavy tests Professional mastery of French and English Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills Appreciated skills Tosca Server, Elastic Execution Agent, and distributed execution Tosca API Scan and API test automation Integration with Jira, Xray, or an equivalent ALM tool GitLab CI, Jenkins, or another CI/CD platform Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, or BDD Docker and industrialization of execution environments Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments Reasoned use of artificial intelligence applied to testing Working at Athenco means integrating a group that puts humans at the center of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
