You're passionate about • Conception and development of agent-based software solutions - from the first idea to productive use • Building and orchestrating multi-agent systems that process complex workflows independently • Prototyping and iteration with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms • Close collaboration with business consultants to translate use cases into functional solutions • Exploring new tools and models - you're an early adopter and test what will be standard tomorrow • Ensuring quality, governance, and traceability in AI-supported applications You bring • A university degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience • Solid knowledge of Python and JavaScript, supplemented by GitHub and CI/CD experience • At least 2 years of practical experience in development - preferably cloud-native or AI-supported • Enthusiasm and initial experience with Agentic AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (ideally Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform) • The decisive factor: Ambition and joy in experimenting with AI tools, failing, learning, and continuing • You speak fluent German and English Apply
