You will work in a team that handles hardware and software issues for employees. You will install devices for users, provide support, and maintain servers and networks. You will participate in application development projects, determine requirements, program, create test concepts, and implement data models in a database. You will work in close collaboration with external partners, clients, and suppliers. Key points of your training Your apprenticeship duration is 4 years and takes place across three learning fields: • Mandatory school training takes place two days per week at the école professionnelle commerciale (GBC) in Coire. • Intercompany courses (CI) support your learning success by transmitting fundamental and sector-specific skills. • The professional learning fields are offered to you at the clinique Waldhaus in Coire. We support you if you wish to obtain the maturité professionnelle (MP) during your apprenticeship. Inform us of your interest during your application. During basic vocational training, you have five weeks of vacation per year. Due to our working time model, you work one week in advance and receive this week as an additional vacation week - making it six. You can also take the higher examination to become a graduate ICT manager. The higher specialized school offers you the possibility to continue your training as an enterprise IT specialist HF or enterprise IT specialist HF or IT technician HF or IT technician HF. At the university of applied sciences, Bachelor of Science (FH) curricula in computer science and business informatics are open to you. Selection procedure After reviewing your application, you will be informed of the selection decision. If you are pre-selected, the training manager will organize an application interview and selection days. These days give you an insight into professional daily life and allow us to get to know each other better. The selection days are organized by us and take place at the clinique Waldhaus in Coire or at the clinique Beverin in Cazis. The hiring decision is made by at least two people, generally the training manager and the department head. Your advantages at a glance We offer you vocational training adapted to you. In the PDGR, we in principle train all apprentices at the Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) level. A training for the Certificat Fédéral de Formation Professionnelle (CFFP) is possible depending on the conditions and in certain professions after agreement with the training sector. We support you if you wish to obtain the maturité professionnelle (MP) during your apprenticeship. Inform us of your interest during your application. As a high-performance athlete, we allow, after agreement with the Office de la formation professionnelle and your sports association / club, special training conditions to create an ideal combination between vocational training and high-performance sport.
