As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resource management and pension funds. To strengthen our IT team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will be moving to the Paudex site in early 2027, we are looking for a Backend .NET Developer (f/h) (80-100%). Missions • Design, develop and maintain robust, secure and high-performance backend services in .NET • Develop and expose reliable APIs while respecting architectural standards • Ensure code quality through good practices, code reviews and automated testing • Collaborate with Product, QA and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and Agile practices within a Scrum / SAFe framework Your profile • Higher education (university of applied sciences or equivalent) in computer science • Minimum 3 years of experience in backend .NET / C# development • Proven experience of more than 3 years in pension fund management (LPP) • Comfortable with relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server • Familiar with DevOps practices (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy) • Good knowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architectures • Analytical mind, autonomy, rigor, pragmatism and sense of collaboration We offer • An exceptional work environment • Infrastructure at the disposal of employees (company restaurant, parking, locker rooms, etc.) • Interesting social benefits • Flexible working hours, telecommuting and opportunities for continuous training • All this in a motivating and varied professional environment
