Your mission Ensure the overall technical consistency of the platform (standards, architecture, best practices). Unite and align technical teams around a common vision and shared goals. Arbitrate strategic technical choices and settle architectural debates. Accompany technical transition (modernization, cloud, evolution of practices). Ensure a technical reference role for teams and stakeholders. Your profile Solid technical expertise, with strong mastery of Amazon Web Services cloud. Confirmed experience as Tech Lead or Architect in complex environments. Natural leadership, ability to embark and develop team skills. Assumed decision-making and sense of responsibility in high-stakes contexts, strategic vision, and pragmatism to support technical transformations. Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
