We are looking for reinforcement for our Fabasoft Crew at the Bern location. This is what your new job looks like: Your main task is the (further) development of «Fabasoft OneGov», our business administration solution, and the meeting management solution «Fabasoft Boards», starting from design and conception through to implementation and deployment. You implement pioneering AI Use-Cases based on Mindbreeze AI and develop Agentic AI workflows that actively support processes. You contribute fresh ideas, think along, and take responsibility. You work in a motivated team according to Scrum and place great value on excellent code quality. You learn the domain-specific language of Fabasoft, based on known concepts from Java or similar languages, in order to build a high-performance solution on our existing Cloud infrastructure. This is how we imagine you: Degree in computer science or a comparable education (FH, Uni, HF, HTL) and ideally 2-3 years of experience in software development. Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, ideally Java. High degree of self-motivation, joy of learning, and the ambition to develop yourself professionally into a Senior Developer. Ambition to learn new technologies and to design and implement software solutions from beginning to end. Enjoyment of teamwork, curiosity, reliability, as well as very good German skills round off your profile.
