Bern, Switzerland \| 100-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Shape the technical architecture and contribute to the development of DevOps and platform services for the new Data \& Analytics platform, ensuring their stability, scalability, and security • Design, standardize, and develop the DevOps toolchain as well as \<\< Infrastructure as Code \>\>, CI/CD, and GitOps solutions • Automate platform components and operational processes, optimize performance and operational security, and establish modern practices in observability and security • Analyze complex technical issues, develop sustainable solutions, and promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices for the platform • Provide specialized mentoring to DevOps engineers, advise other engineers, and ensure, in collaboration with the infrastructure, architecture, and security teams, the continuous development of the Data \& Analytics platform. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree (ES/HES/university) in computer science, business informatics, or a similar specialization as well as several years of professional / management experience as a DevOps engineer or platform engineer in an Enterprise environment; certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud technologies, ITIL, or HERMES are an asset. • Proven experience in setting up and operating container-based platforms and deep knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI, ArgoCD). • Experience in designing scalable platform architectures, as well as excellent mastery of automation, observability, security, networking, and the operation of operationally critical platforms. • Strong sense of responsibility, solid analytical and conceptual skills, as well as pleasure in contributing to the development of technical standards, solving complex issues, and providing specialized advice to interdisciplinary teams. • Good active knowledge, both oral and written, of two official languages and English. <br /> In a few words The SECO Labor Division is part of the Confederation's competence center for all key issues related to labor market policy and unemployment insurance (UI).
