Team Leader Software Product Development

You lead a software development team and personally develop embedded software in C/C++ for customer projects in medical technology and industry.

Tasks

• Development of embedded software in C/C++ for customer projects in medical technology and industry
• Personnel leadership, coaching, and further development of the software development team
• Planning, prioritization, and coordination of software development resources with project managers
• Promotion of professional competencies and knowledge transfer within the team
• Further development of development methods, engineering processes, and workflows
• Support with effort estimations, project staffing, and technical escalations
• Active participation in software development projects according to professional competencies

Profile

• Degree (FH/ETH/Uni) in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in software development
• Experience in leading employees or teams
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills as well as English skills at C1 level
• Experience in embedded software development and knowledge in the medical technology environment is an advantage
