Responsibilities ###

• Take ownership of and enhance existing prototype and third-party software code
• Transition software prototypes to production and series-ready status
• Maintain, stabilize, refactor, and adapt established software for long-term use
• Understand and improve software developed or supported using AI technologies
• Develop and maintain internal engineering and development tools
• Improve software quality, maintainability, robustness, and usability over time
• Support internal tooling, automation, and DevOps initiatives
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams

Profile ###

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a strong software focus, or a related technical field
• Profound knowledge in software engineering fundamentals and programming
• Deep understanding of software architecture and programming principles
• Strong hands-on developer mindset with a genuine interest in understanding and improving existing codebases
• Analytical and technical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of Python and familiarity with Linux environments
• Proficient English at native speaker level;
• Industrial experience or background from related industries is beneficial
