Are you interested in building and monitoring networks, services, and server systems for the smooth operation of the Post IT infrastructure? Then training as a platform developer is just right for you! During the four-year basic training, you will acquire versatile knowledge for a successful entry into the dynamic world of informatics. Your training • In the one-year internal basic training, you will independently build up your practical skills in modular learning units and smaller projects. • After the broad basic training, you will apply and deepen what you have learned in various practical assignments - you will change your area of work every six to twelve months. • You will deal with the ICT infrastructure, monitor it, and actively develop it further. • Using scripting languages, you will automate tasks and processes. • You will install network components and services while taking IT security into account. • You will manage virtual server systems and services in the data center or in a cloud.
