• Responsible for the development, operation and further development of eGov applications including analysis, conception and implementation of complex IT solutions with numerous interfaces
• Implement and help shape software architecture as well as ensuring code quality, security requirements and compliance with architectural specifications
• Develop and verify software systems, components and interfaces as well as integration into existing system landscapes
• Co-responsible for incident, release, configuration and lifecycle management (2nd/3rd-level support) to ensure stable operation
• Lead IT sub-projects, technical coordination as well as functional leadership of external partners and supervision of apprentices

This makes you unique

• Higher education (FH, university) in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development of Java-based applications (Backend & Frontend / Fullstack)
• Experience in application management as well as in the operation and further development of software solutions
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) as well as ideally in HERMES and ITIL
• Structured, solution-oriented and strong implementation personality with high personal responsibility and quality awareness
• Joy in collaborating with specialist departments as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good active knowledge of at least one official language in spoken and written form as well as passive knowledge of a second official language
