What makes you unique

• Degree from a higher education institution in computer science or comparable training, professional experience in software development
• Several years of leadership experience in the fields of software development and change processes with experienced employees
• Knowledge of Java sufficient to be able to lead in-depth discussions with the team on code quality, methods, and technology choices
• Experience with teams composed of internal and external specialists, and experience in the procurement of services, apprentice training, and continuous training of experienced professionals
• Good active knowledge of two official languages
