Founded and led by engineers, the company develops the majority of its products in-house. Your mission Develop, test, architect, and maintain embedded software on various IEM products, as well as identify and propose solutions to internal needs. Your main responsibilities • Participate in the design of new embedded projects • Participate in the design of the software architecture and maintain an overview of it • Contribute to maintaining architectural consistency and reducing technical debt • Develop parts/modules/software autonomously • Fix bugs and optimize different products (refactoring) • Develop software components (applications, libraries, services) under embedded Linux (Go, C, C++) • Develop, configure, and maintain embedded Linux systems, notably via the use of Buildroot for generating system images and customizing the rootfs • Participate in implementing and developing tools for production • Participate in the training of production, technicians, salespeople, and customers • Document developments and technical choices • Participate in product evolution according to customer/sales requests • Report malfunctions in production • Monitor the evolution of dependencies and maintain development tools • Participate in cost optimization • Perform technical monitoring of new technologies and tools Technical skills • Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent. • At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position • Confirmed experience in embedded programming required • Microcontroller systems and software techniques for consumption reduction • Embedded programming tools and methodology • Development, analysis, and debugging tools Interpersonal skills Critical and analytical spirit Ability for self-training and autonomy Team player English: Good written and oral understanding necessary (minimum C1) Excellent communication, ability to evolve in a human-sized organization with varied profiles Deadline for application: 4 September 2026
