What awaits you

In our Integration & Automation department, you will work on central solutions for the networking and automation of business processes at AKB. With our integration bus (ASB), we ensure stable and secure data exchange with external systems. At the same time, we are developing our AKB Process Engine (APE). These are tailor-made end-to-end processes and applications for our organization.

In doing so, you will use modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript and relational databases and accompany our solutions throughout the entire lifecycle – from conception through development and testing to security, deployment and operation.

Main tasks

• Development and further development of bank-internal applications and end-to-end processes in the Java environment
• Implementation of backend solutions with Java / Spring Boot as well as frontend components with Angular / TypeScript
• Working with relational databases for the processing, storage and provision of business data
• Co-responsibility for the entire Application Lifecycle: conception, development, testing, deployment, security and operation
• Further development and optimization of the CI/CD pipeline with GitLab as well as deployment on OpenShift
• Collaboration on authentication and authorization solutions with Keycloak based on OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
• Taking over 2nd and 3rd level support for the supported applications
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and technical interface partners

What you bring with you

Technical:

• Sound education and training at university of applied sciences or university level in the field of computer science or business informatics
• Several years of practical experience in application development, ideally in an enterprise or integration environment
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Very good knowledge in the development of modern frontends with Angular and TypeScript
• Good knowledge in dealing with relational databases
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated build and deployment processes as well as container platforms such as OpenShift
• Understanding of authentication and authorization, ideally with Keycloak as well as standards such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
• Experience in the operation and further development of productive applications
• Knowledge in the integration environment, in API-based architectures or in the automation of business processes is an advantage
