Job description:

• Analysis, design and further development of existing ServiceNow applications in the area of Operational Risk Management
• Technical implementation of new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
• Implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing operation of the applications
• Further development of solutions in the areas of GRC, IRM, BCM and TPRM
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as other developers
• Collaboration in an agile, internationally oriented development team

About the customer:

In this role, you will work on the further development and operation of business-critical applications in the area of Operational Risk Management. You will take on technical responsibility throughout the entire development process and contribute your ServiceNow expertise to a well-coordinated, agile team.

Framework conditions

Start: July 2026 or by arrangement

Duration: until end of June 2027 12 month contract

Workload: 100%

Location: Zürich / hybrid working model

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in technical development on the ServiceNow platform
• Sound knowledge in at least one of the modules GRC, IRM, BCM or TPRM
• Experience with analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications
• Interest in Risk Management, Governance or Operational Risk
• Technical, analytical or scientific university degree
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
