Java Developer

• Technical leadership and coordination within the development team
• Architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Full-stack development in Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
• Advising customers regarding technical solution approaches and project procedures
• Ensuring high-quality implementation in the frontend and backend
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum)
• Promotion of best practices, Clean Code, and DevOps culture
• Ensuring high quality and security standards
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as specialist departments on the customer side
• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Strong frontend competence with frameworks such as Angular and Bootstrap
• Proven experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications in a full-stack environment
• Confident appearance in customer contact with high communication and advisory competence
• Agile methodology: Sound knowledge in Scrum, ideally certified (e.g., PSM I / CSM)
• Strong social competencies – a team player who prioritizes the WE
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English at a good level
