Java Lead Developer (m/w/d)

• Technical leadership, coaching and support of developer teams up to a size of 5 developers
• Development of Java-based software projects (Frontend/Backend)
• Advising customers in the area of software architectures, technical solution approaches and project procedures
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum), best-practice approaches, Clean Code and DevOps culture
• Ensuring that the agreed quality and security standards are met
• Responsible for architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as specialist departments on the customer side
• Completed training as an IT specialist at FZ/FA, HF or Uni level
• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Good to very good knowledge in the frontend area with frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap is an advantage
• Sound experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
• Confident appearance in customer contact in combination with high communication and advisory competence
• Pronounced social competences – team player who puts the WE in the foreground
• Very good German skills in spoken and written, English at a good level
• Residence in Switzerland

As a Java Lead Developer, you will take on a central role in the technical implementation of demanding customer projects in the public sector. You combine excellent technical know-how with a pronounced, advisory-oriented mindset and convince at the interface between technology and customer.
