Job Objective The development team is the main team of the development department, which in turn reports to the IT department. Software developers play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. They participate in the analysis of user needs and are responsible for writing technical specifications and programming software solutions. They work closely with project teams to ensure that applications meet functional, technical, and security requirements. Furthermore, they perform tests to ensure the quality of the delivered products, and document development processes. Your impact in this role This role is essential to ensure a complete, efficient, and secure offering of tools developed for the internal and external users of Sonic Suisse. As an Analyst-developer(-euse) you are in charge of; * Technical analysis: analyzing these needs to translate them into technical specifications and ensuring that the technical frameworks defined by the group of architects are respected * Development: ensuring assigned developments while respecting the provided prioritization, while remaining autonomous to decide if an emergency requires a priority modification. Also ensuring maximum development quality while respecting the standards set by the company, notably through sufficient testing * Support: providing support to other IT teams if necessary and making yourself available within the development team to ensure knowledge sharing and provide the necessary assistance for general proper functioning * Monitoring and maintenance of developments. Your background and expertise * Excellent knowledge of the .Net C# environment, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience; * Practical knowledge of SQL Server; * Appreciated knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps Server; * Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills with technical teams and company stakeholders; * Organized, rigorous, and structured; * Strong team spirit; * Strict respect for the confidentiality of sensitive data; * Proficiency in French and conversational and technical English.
