What you will achieve with us ## We are looking for a motivated person who takes functional and technical responsibility for our existing CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). • Ownership for the further development, architecture, and operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Voice, Customer Insights) • Independent technical implementation of customizations and extensions (Custom Tables/Fields, Business Rules, Power Automate, Forms, Views) • Maintenance and expansion of integrations to relevant peripheral systems (e.g., ERP, marketing, sales, and CPQ systems) • Control and prioritization of the CRM backlog in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and IT • Execution of user onboardings, support, as well as user, role, and license management What you already bring with you ## • Education in computer science or business informatics • Several years of technical experience in the configuration and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum in the Sales and Marketing modules) • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Experience in project management is an advantage • Experience with Power BI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) as well as interest and initial experience in the use of AI in the CRM and process context are an advantage • Very good German and good English skills *M, W or D?
