What you can contribute

• Independently execute development mandates within the framework of ICT projects and develop the GEVER Confédération standard service
• Continuously implement and optimize the CI/CD platform for the operation of GEVER systems for all departments and the Federal Chancellery
• Analyze issues related to business processes and develop C# modules for GEVER integration
• Design, develop and execute test automation for the GEVER Confédération standard service
• Plan and implement automated tests; create test specifications and models
• Actively contribute, within a Scrum team, to product development that is both sustainable and of high quality

What makes you unique

• Professional training in computer science and continuing education in the field; ideally bachelor or master in computer science
• Practical experience in application and test engineering in a complex ICT environment
• Deep knowledge in the areas of .NET/C# development and test automation with Playwright, solid experience in requirements engineering, Windows Server engineering and containerization
• Good knowledge of modern software architectures and documentation standards such as arc42, and extensive experience in CI/CD domains
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills, ability to assert oneself, strong customer orientation and a proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English

The Information Technology Service Centre (ISCeco) is the specialized IT service provider for the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER). We develop and operate modern e-government applications, support their deployment and make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the federal administration.
