Workload 80 - 100% Contract permanent Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks As a Test Engineer, you will take on a central role in ensuring the highest product quality as part of our ERP modernization. You will develop and implement automated test solutions that sustainably improve our software quality and secure our business processes. You are responsible for the development and maintenance of automated test suites for our ERP system You design and implement end-to-end, API and performance tests You perform manual regression tests You are responsible for the continuous monitoring and ensuring of the quality of our applications during the entire development cycle You identify and document software errors and work closely with the development team You actively help in a dedicated, interdisciplinary and agile team You actively help shape the test strategy and continuously develop our test processes further You integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines You create meaningful test reports and quality metrics Requirements You have a certification as ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or higher (e.g., Test Automation Engineer, Technical Test Analyst) and have several years of proven professional experience in test automation You bring sound knowledge in at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework) You have experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript or C# You have an understanding of software development processes and agile methods As an advantage, you have experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as sound knowledge in API testing (REST, SOAP) and performance testing and are familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD You have experience in version control with Git and Bitbucket and in dealing with issue tracking systems such as Jira You convince through analytical thinking and a structured way of working, communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team You show initiative with enjoyment in continuous learning and are characterized by a high quality awareness and attention to detail What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic working environment in which you can contribute your skills and your personality every day and thus make a difference.
