Team Lead Software Engineering - Digital Processes

Your tasks

• You lead a cross-functional software development team technically, personally, and organizationally.
• You work closely with Product Owners, architects, Scrum Masters, and specialist departments.
• You actively participate in shaping the technical direction, architecture, and refactoring measures.
• You promote high code quality, Clean Code principles, as well as modern DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• You support your team through mentoring, feedback, and individual development.
• You ensure stable deployment and operating processes as well as transparent team management.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in software development and ideally in leading development teams
• You have a sound understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, DevOps, and CI/CD
• You enjoy promoting people and shaping an open team culture
• Agile mindset as well as experience in collaborating with Scrum teams
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you
• Very good communication skills and a confident appearance in exchange with various stakeholders
• You value personal exchange within the team and are willing to work regularly at least 2 days per week in our office in Bern.
