You are the Sherlock among testers and you see what others do not see.

You think further ahead and see patterns: What bifurcations exist? Where are the risks? Which particular case could cause problems later?
While others are already in the production phase, you ask one more question, test an additional path, or combine data that "normally never meet" in daily life and thus find exactly what no one else would have seen.
You recognize yourself? Then we are looking precisely for you: an experienced testing personality (from professional to senior), who, in addition to testing in a team, also assumes classic test management tasks.

Your new role ##

• Test strategy, concept and planning: You define test objectives, test types, acceptance criteria and regression test suites (workflows, forms, integrations) for Dynamics 365 - from the perspective of end-to-end testing to release testing. The focus is on manual testing; test automation, API testing and automated creation of test data are an appreciated plus, but not mandatory.
• Test execution in the sprint and beyond: You test within the agile sprint and take the time for optimal scenarios as well as for unusual and less obvious, often neglected paths. You document the results in a comprehensible and clean manner. You manage test plans, test cases and test executions in Azure DevOps or Jira Xray.
• Coordination of business testing and release preparation: You organize and methodically accompany business tests and ensure the necessary quality.
• Promotion of quality: You introduce standards in the team (e.g., definition of done, guidelines for test cases, bug templates) and thus improve the testing maturity at the client, who brings a lot of business expertise and whom you help to develop this maturity.
• Collaboration: In an interdisciplinary framework (RE, UX, Dev, Operations, business departments), you translate requirements into clear and verifiable test cases and ensure software adapted to the end user.

We work in a self-organized manner according to Holacracy and operate in different circles and roles. In this position, you work in "Dynamics & Power Platform" and notably assume responsibility in the role:

Taking on other roles is possible depending on aptitude, interest and available resources.

Your superpowers ##

• Experience in software testing (manual and ideally automated) in agile environments; mastery of creating test cases and test strategies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS (boards, test plans) or comparable tools; structured and precise working method.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM); you quickly immerse yourself in Low-Code and Power Platform topics.
• Very good German, good English as well as residence in Switzerland.

Assets

• ISTQB CTFL or higher; knowledge in Power Platform/Azure.
