Team Leader Test and Release Management (TURM)

Who will you work with?

Together with your team, you are responsible for the quality and release capability of our software, from the test strategy to secure and efficient delivery.

Your everyday life

After a systematic introduction, multifaceted tasks await you with us:

• Leadership Testing
• End-to-end responsibility for test strategy and Quality Assurance
• Organization and execution of individual and release tests of development results
• Integration of automated tests and Quality Gates as well as continuous further development of Continuous Testing
• Creation of specifications, realization and maintenance of the test environments in cooperation with system engineering
• Bug and performance analyses
• Leadership Release Management
• Creation of deliverable development results (updates, subsequent deliveries, etc.) for tests and releases
• Coordination of the provision, validation and release of the software releases
• Creation of documentation (release notes, update description, technical notes)
• Evaluation and promotion of the use of modern tools, such as AI, to improve processes in testing and release management
• Employee leadership
• Work and resource planning, technical support, promotion and further development of employees

Your background

In order for you to start or take off successfully with us, you have:

• Comprehensive professional experience as a Software Tester, ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level (or equivalent training)
• Leadership experience
• Strong quality awareness
• Good analytical skills, systematic and structured way of working
• Affinity and understanding for business processes (ERP)
• Process and application knowledge in the specialist field of finance (necessary for testing interfaces)
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) team spirit, healthy assertiveness, flexibility, independence, creative problem solving and initiative
• Advantageous: ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst)
• Advantageous: Good knowledge in the specialist field of system engineering (operating systems, network, hardware)
