In the area of Data, Technology & Innovation, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons, and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.

• Design and implementation of end-to-end solutions in the claims environment - from requirement to productive release
• Participation in a self-organized, agile product team with true individual responsibility over the entire development process
• Active co-shaping of architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical standards
• Contributing own ideas and constructively building upon the solution approaches of others - in the sense of our collaboration principles
• Maintaining an open, honest feedback culture and growing continuously together with the team
• Co-shaping the AI transformation and active use of modern technologies in everyday development
• Networking in internal communities as well as participation in hackathons and innovation projects

What you bring with you

• Collaborative, team-oriented way of working with pleasure in solving complex challenges together
• Clear, understandable communication of technical matters to different stakeholders
• Business fluent German and English skills required; regular collaboration with stakeholders in English
• Strong willingness to learn and curiosity - new technologies and changes are seen as an opportunity
• Sound knowledge in Java as well as in common frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Confident design and implementation of REST-APIs and Kafka integrations
• Know-how in cloud environments (OpenShift, Helm and Argo-CD) as well as in CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
• Confident handling of databases and their connection
