To learn more about our institution, take a few minutes to consult our 2025 retrospective by clicking here.  The Direction de la Transformation Numérique et de l-Intelligence Augmentée (DTN-IA) — which creates, integrates, and manages all IT applications — of one of the most efficient hospital information systems aims to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève. With a fleet of more than 12'500 workstations, 1'300 servers for more than 250 applications serving all staff, available 24h/24h and 7j/7j, the DTN-IA manages an HR information system for the 13'000 employees of the HUG and the 7 other Genevan institutions and a high-performance ERP for the most complex logistical and financial processes.-  The DTN-IA creates a cutting-edge electronic patient file and contributes to the influence of the HUG thanks to recognized functional richness and close collaborations with all healthcare professionals and their transverse management. Furthermore, the DTN-IA integrates state-of-the-art and everyday biomedical equipment as well as specialized applications for all medico-technical platforms.-  The mission of the DTN-IA is to support daily activities and build the future of a modern and efficient hospital, according to the strategic axes of the institution by relying on best practices and the most demanding standards.-  Job Description ## Join and strengthen a team composed of 2 fullstack developers and a lead developer, whose mission is to pursue the development and evolution of the Greco application, the scheduling and teleconsultation management software used by the staff. The software is also used by patients thanks to the Concerto application. The team works in an agile manner, drawing heavily from the Scrum methodology while adapting to the constraints related to the hospital environment, which involve being able to sometimes change tasks quickly to adapt to priorities.  You participate in the writing of technical specifications, translating functional needs into detailed specifications. Based on the technical specifications, you develop the software, both on the front-end and back-end parts, using cutting-edge technologies and a microservices architecture. You evolve the solution and guarantee its maintenance, while ensuring rigorous monitoring. Concretely, you autonomously develop the functionalities and corrections assigned to you.  Thanks to your team spirit, you collaborate closely with the team to develop reliable and scalable solutions and features.  You share best practices and adopt a critical and constructive approach with a view to continuous improvement, demonstrating a strong solution orientation.  Throughout the product life cycle, thanks to your sense of communication, you contribute to the development of the software in an optimal and structured manner, ensuring an essential link with the greco coordinators of the various medical departments. You adapt your language according to your interlocutors to popularize technical terms, challenge proposed solutions, and actively collaborate with stakeholders to find the most relevant adaptations.  In addition, you ensure the updating and writing of necessary documentation. You make use of your ability to synthesize and your pragmatism to carry out your mission within the allotted deadlines and guarantee a quality result.  You actively participate in all phases of an IT project, from its initialization to its finalization, ensuring that the expected deliverables are produced at each of these phases. Furthermore, you also provide level 3 user support, in relation with the other services of the DTN-IA, while ensuring strong customer orientation.  Qualifications ## You hold a Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent degree, and you can justify at least five years of experience in a fullstack development function in contact with the business.  You master a microservices architecture with Java/J2EE technologies with the Spring Framework, in particular Spring Boot, Spring Data r2dbc, Spring cloud stream and Spring Security, but also OAuth2, Hibernate and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL). You have performed numerous unit and integration tests, with the testing tools Junit5 and Mockito. Knowledge of event-oriented microservices architecture with the Kafka solution constitutes an important asset.  For the frontend part, you hold expertise in Angular, ideally with version 20.  You know how to use collaboration tools (GIT, JIRA and Confluence) as well as the build tools Maven and Docker. In-depth knowledge of agile methods, notably Scrum, constitutes an asset.  You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in multidisciplinary environments, combining communication, popularization of technical terms and active listening to guarantee understanding of needs.  You know how to take a step back and take advantage of feedback to progress.
