Head of Software Engineering (m/f) 100%

Your main tasks

• Lead, coach, and develop the software team in order to provide high-quality platforms, products, and tools
• Define and implement the software strategy, technical direction, and technological roadmap
• Promote best practices, software architecture standards, cybersecurity, and quality processes
• Bridge the gap between business needs and software development to provide scalable, customer-centric solutions
• Lead agile development projects and assume the role of Scrum Master to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement
• Supervise DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, software quality, security, and operational excellence
• Implement continuous process improvement, including the adoption of AI
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, IT, sales, and customers throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage relationships with strategic technological partners and provide the necessary technical expertise for level 3 support and product training
• Develop talent, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute as the manager of the software group team

Your profile

• Holder of a Bachelor or Master in computer science or an equivalent field, complemented by solid practical experience
• 10 years of experience in a software team management role, ideally in a multicultural or international environment
• Solid expertise in software architecture, cybersecurity, and DevOps practices
• Proven experience in agile methodologies, with demonstrated practice in the Scrum Master role
• Strong interest in technological innovation, particularly AI applied to software development
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Excellent command of French and English, with German being an asset
