Responsibilities

• Conception and development of robust, innovative full-stack web applications
• Active participation in the further development of our software architecture and anchoring clean architecture and design principles within the team
• Early identification and addressing of technical dependencies, risks, and potential for improvement within the team
• Ensuring software quality through automated tests, code reviews, and automated releases
• Cross-functional work in a team using agile methods such as Scrum
• Support and co-design of the entire software lifecycle
• Promotion of professional exchange and knowledge transfer across all teams
• Support and guidance of software developers in their professional development

Requirements Profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL for backend development and the further development of our core systems
• Proven experience in frontend with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core MVC and Razor Pages (legacy applications)
• High quality standards in the development of maintainable, secure, and performant code
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with DocsAsCode, Asciidoc, or Arc42 is an advantage
• Experience in the development and integration of software in containerized environments as well as interest in modern cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift or the willingness to learn these technologies (The provision and operation of the container platform is ensured by our DevOps team)
• Experience with AI-supported development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM-based coding / Agentic Workflows)
• Strong sense for intuitive UX/UI and clean interface design
• Interest in modern technologies, continuous improvement, and sustainable software architectures
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
