Software Developer with 2nd Level Support 60-80%

Job description: we are Sensopro, a young dynamic company headquartered in Münsingen. We produce fitness and therapy devices. The heart of our product is the training software, which also includes a sensor measuring system for motion analysis and the web software Hub, with which physiotherapists and fitness coaches manage their Luna devices as well as training plans for patients and members. - For our software team, we are looking from February 2027 or by arrangement for a motivated, independently working personality with a workload of 60%-80% to strengthen us in the further development of our product world. You will work closely with our development team and additionally take on the role of 2nd Level Support: When our internal service or our installers on site cannot proceed further with a problem, you are the contact point - you analyze, understand the cause and fix it in the code. Responsibilities associated with the position: You develop our product world together with our team - from conception to implementation to maintenance; You are the contact point for 2nd Level Support inquiries regarding the VideoKit, Hub and our sensor measuring system - both internally and directly from customers; You analyze reported problems independently and fix them, where possible, directly in the code; You introduce recurring problems to the team in a structured manner so that sustainable solutions arise; You are in direct telephone contact with customers if required and occasionally provide support on site; You use modern development practices, agile methods and DevOps.
